Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We kindly ask you to carefully double-check all personalization details (such as names, dates, spelling, and options) before finalizing your order.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement if there is a mistake on our part, including:
• An incorrect name, date, or text that differs from your order notes.
• A wrong item, design, or material sent by mistake.
• Damaged or defective items received upon delivery.
If you notice a mistake caused by our shop, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item showing the error. We will fix it for you as quickly as possible!
